Hi, I’m Sarah
I help entrepreneurs and parents re-learn how to sleep so they can think clearly, feel grounded, and create with more ease.
After more than 20 years in the fitness and wellness industry, working as a personal trainer and yoga teacher with high-powered, creative, and often sleep-deprived clients in NYC, I began to see the same pattern again and again. No matter how thoughtful the exercise, meditation, or nutrition plan, progress was consistently undermined by chronic lack of sleep.
When the pandemic paused in-person gyms and studios in 2020, many peers moved their work online. I went deep into a search for real answers to sleep challenges.
I was accepted into a graduate program in sleep science at the Nuffield Sleep & Circadian Neuroscience Institute at the University of Oxford. The same week I started the program, I learned I was expecting a baby. Over the next 3 years I studied during daytime naps, learning infant circadian rhythms in real time alongside my coursework.
In 2023, I completed my postgraduate diploma in Sleep Medicine from Oxford and went on to train in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) through the University of Arizona Center for Sleep, Circadian & Neuroscience Research. Since then, I’ve coached clients back to more restful nights and spoken on podcasts, national news outlets, in corporate settings, and at local bookstores and wellness spaces.
My work blends evidence-based sleep science with practical, holistic tools to create personalized support that helps people sleep again.
