There was a time when I felt completely stuck in my sleep routine. No matter what I tried, I couldn’t get a good night’s sleep. I was exhausted, irritable, and my energy levels were at an all-time low.
The frustration was real. I tried going to bed early, avoiding screens, and even some
over-the-counter sleep aids, but none of those things worked for me (or maybe they worked SOMETIMES...) Because even a broken clock is right twice a day right?! Meanwhile, It felt like I was in a never-ending cycle of tiredness and stress.
