For years, Robert and I made an annual pilgrimage to the desert in New Mexico—sleeping in tents, rising at 4am to chant mantra under the stars, letting the desert wind carry us into stillness.
Even with very little sleep, we never felt depleted.
That’s the power of this season: it invites expansion, connection, and alignment—if you’re moving with the energy, not against it.
☀️ This is the time to stretch. To explore. To let your wings open a little wider.

🏆 Client Wins of the Week
After 10 weeks of sleep coaching, one client is now sleeping 7.5 to 8 hours a night and falling asleep in 10-30 minutes —completely
med-free after 20 YEARS(!!!) of relying on prescription sleep medication.
We’ll check in again for regressions at 3 and 6 months, but for now… their coaching is complete! I love to see a transformation. AND......that means I’ve got a new sleep coaching spot opening for July.
